越南信息和通讯管理局(Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam- MIC) 于2018年7月17日，为因应越南政府于2018年7月1日生效之法令(74/2018/ND-CP)，造成适用符合性声明(SDoC) 之产品于2018年7月1日至2018年7月17日期间有严重进口卡关之情形，发布正式通知函(No. 2305/BTTTT-CVT – Guidance for implementation of Decree 74/2018/ND-CP) 并于2018年8月1日起实施。 而近日越南政府通知，预计于2019年1月1日针对法规(Circular 30/2011) 发布补充修订法规草案。目前该草案尚未正式公告，但越南信息和通讯管理局(Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam- MIC) 预计将重启符合性声明(SDoC) 之发证作业且证书效期为3年
