赵庆林，男，澳门科技大学资讯科技学院教授，IEEE资深会员、CCF区块链专业委员，服务于国际权威学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing和IET Communications，担任Associate Editor。2005年在中国科学院计算技术研究所获得博士学位，后在香港中文大学、香港科技大学进行学术研究。2009年9月加入澳门科技大学工作至今，拥有20余项国际专利（含8项美国专利），发表超过80余篇在计算机和通讯领域的知名期刊和会议论文，包括ACM/IEEE Transactions on Networking IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing，IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications 以及 IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等国际高水平期刊。
